Alert Shirt Company Return Merchandise Authorization Policy: Any item that has been Printed with a Logo cannot be returned. An RMA must be issued for the exact product that is being sent back to Alert Shirt Company. All returns must be made with in 30 days from the product receipt date. Alert Shirt Company must be notified within 10 days of product receipt of any issues. For all return merchandise authorizations issued, instructions regarding your return will be faxed or emailed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as any applicable shipping or handling charges. Any item not returned in its original condition will be subject to additional charges.
